As you enter the Town Square, a strange character with some sunglasses and a tuxedo on walks up to you.
"You there! We are looking for penguins like you. Would you like to join the Awesome Life Agentcy and Police Force?"

- There is a store with a sign that says: "FREE SODA! FURNITURE AND CLOTHING FOR SALE!"
- A sign on the entrance says "Awesome Life Updates Here!"
- A sign says "Renta Speedboat!"
